RFID Quality Manager

Location: Alliance, OH 

Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced RFID Quality Manager to lead our commitment to quality, operational efficiency, and excellence at MPI Labels RFID Division in Alliance, OH. As the RFID QA Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive Quality Management System and will play a key role in fostering a culture of quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement at the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Logs the supplier SCARS, creates supplier performance reports, and investigates the root cause
• Logs internal quality complaints, creates internal DMR reports investigates internal quality, and creates corrective actions
• Logs the customer complaints, creates the customer complaint reports, and investigates the customer complaints.
• Creates quality alert notices.
• Update and create process instructions
• Signs and approves Certificate of Conformances for customer shipments
• Performs internal audits across the division
• Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly
• Reporting quality anomalies to the management team
• Collating test data and drafting quality reports.
• Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes
• Completing FAI’s for customers
• Creating continuous improvement initiatives

Key Competencies:

• Experience as an inspection or quality technician.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
• High level of visual awareness.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced planning and organizational skills.
• Experience drafting reports and collating data.
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
