Location: Sebring, OH
Job Description:
Provide technical support for all MPI locations across the country. Support requests will range from general PC troubleshooting, printers, networking, servers, and mobile devices. As well as a wide range of software packages including ePs Radius, MS Office, Adobe CC, and G Suite. You must be extremely responsive and provide necessary solutions as quickly as possible to ensure operations are not hindered by technical difficulties. Must have the ability to quickly assess situations and resolve issues promptly. If needed, seek help from additional resources and provide communication to employees. Candidate must be willing to learn a great deal and have exceptional troubleshooting skills. Must be able to keep up with a constantly evolving & changing environment.
