RFID Sales

Location: United States


Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in MPI’s RFID product offerings
  • Generate new sales through existing customers and new leads
  • Research technology advancements 
  • Define project requirements and coordinate resources needed
  • Lead the planning and implementation of customer projects assigned by General Manager
  • Coordinate with Production Manager and RFID departments to complete projects and quotes in a timely manner 
  • Assess key market segments for RFID
  • Product updates and analysis
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of key customers
  • Proficient in RFID thermal printer capabilities
  • Understand EPC and GS1 standards, memory options, and antenna designs for all RFID products we offer.
  • Talk with customers and determine the best solution for their needs
    • Working with technical team
    • Production
    • Vendors
    • Testing
  • Follow up with customers on quotes and orders 
  • Travel as needed visiting customers and attending trade shows 
  • Other functions as requested by General Manager

  • 3-5 years of demonstrated sales experience

  • Ability to travel overnight in and out of selling area and state for meetings as required
