Job Description: The Customer Service Representative is responsible for helping with customer account questions; process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inside sales contact for our customer base. Processing all necessary projects, orders, and paperwork to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Maintain direct communication with management, customer, sales, and production.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Maintaining Excel Database
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Possess core skills consisting of:
- 2-3 years of customer service preferred
- excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Printing/Packaging Industry experience helpful
