Customer Service Representative

Location: Charlotte, NC

 

Responsibilities:

  • Inside sales contact for our customer base. Processing all necessary projects, orders and paperwork to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain direct communication with management, client, sales and production.

Requirements – Possess core skills consisting of: 

  • 3 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment and customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft & Excel
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Print industry or Graphics Arts experience helpful
  • Will be required to work 40 hours a week
