Job Description: Account Service serves as the primary contact for the Customer and is responsible for day to day communication with the Customer, communicating Customer requirements to the production team and facilitating of the Customers work from the receipt of the order to shipment of the product, at a level of quality where the Company consistently meets its’ goals of servicing the Customer, in a timely manner, in accordance with Company policies and procedures while maintaining profitability.

- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures. Ability to effectively write reports and procedures.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from multiple departments, managers, Customers and production personnel.
