		LABELMATE Heavy-Duty "CAT" Rewinders are designed for continuous duty operation. Rugged, heavy-gauge steel construction allows your CAT-2 Rewinder to be simply set in place. Special anti-slip feet keep the unit from moving. The CAT-2 handles any rewind job. It is reliable, high quality and maintenance-free.

LABELMATE MINI-CATs are popular Label Rewinders. They can rewind label rolls up to 4½ -inches wide, up to 8.6-inches (220-mm) in diameter at speeds up to 15-inches/second (38-cm/sec.)

		The MC-10A has a 3” diameter Core Holder. You can also use the included “coreless rewind” feature to rewind directly on-shaft.

		The MC-11 includes a precision-crafted Adjustable Core Holder that adjusts in seconds to accept any core diameter from 1” to 4” (25- to 102-mm). The MC-11 can also do coreless rewinding.

		The RRC-250 and RRC-330 Reel-to-Reel Counter Systems for opaque labels bring you maximum convenience in a self-contained table-top package. These models are priced to save you money compared to other Off-Line Counter Packages that use individual Rewinder, Counter and Unwinder Units. You can choose the encoder option if you need to make linear measurements as well as numeric label counts. The RRC models are an excellent, economical solution for your label counting needs.

UCAT-2 Unwinder		> Brochure
		This powered Unwinder automatically tracks label usage and provides powered label feed at speeds up to 30-ips (inches per second). The UCAT-2 accepts standard 3” cores and rolls up to 12” in diameter. 10 ” width is available. It can also be used as a full-featured Label Rewinder without any special setup. The Constant Adjustable TorqueTM control system allows precise adjustment of feed speeds and rewind torque. External STOP / RUN Input included.
UCAT-S Unwinder		> Brochure
		This is the world’s least expensive professional Unwinder. It is nonpowered and has a trouble-free fixed brake. The UCAT-S accepts up to 12” diameter rolls and up to 6” width, 3” cores.
